Returns

Returns and exchanges are possible for stock products, keep in mind that we do not offer free shipping for these. For pre-order products we do not accept returns, we only produce the products that have been ordered. We have only limited exchanges available, get in touch with our support service. We do not offer returns and refunds on pre-order campaigns. Check our Refund and Shipping policy for more information.

Orders outside EU

We ship worldwide and within 1-2 working days + transit time. Keep in mind that due to carrier delays your order may take longer to arrive. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. Non-EU customers are subject to the laws, duties and taxes of their destination country. We are not responsible for any order lost, stolen or damaged during domestic transit.

Pre-orders

Pre-order means that you order a product before it's actually released and/or produced, these products take longer to arrive. Delivery timings can be found on the product page. We do not offer returns/refunds on pre-order products. Exchanges are possible as long as stock lasts. If you order additional products along with a pre-order product we will only ship your order once all products are ready to ship.
